A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

He presented a mixed act with lionesses, tigers, bears and leopards.
Since 1995 he has his own show, René strickler freundschaft mit raubtieren. He toured in Switserland. In 2004 (I think) he start his own zoo with tigers, bears, leopards, puma's,... He bought a group of puma's in 1995 from Wolfgang Heppner who presented them before in Circus Aldano.

His polar bear died because he was very old. He was more then 33 years old.
