Stop! If you don't have the time to read this entire email. Stop and go to http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/SavingTheHorses/ and add your signature in our worldwide petition to the FEI asking that the age old rule of two fingers space between the cavesson and the horse's face be implemented at all dressage events.. We have seen the power of the internet in disseminating information and creating change. Three to four years ago rollkur was not being openly discussed. Anyone who tried faced legal action. A muzzle literally placed on any one who wanted to speak out. The internet changed all that. We want to harness that power to create a real change for all horses. Please sign and pass on this link to everyone you know.

This is not a bunch of animal rights activists. These are informed, knowledgeable members/participants of the equestrian/dressage industry. They are often referenced to me when "we are tired of getting picked on, and being made the soft target!!!!!" I have to wonder why the dressage industry get's bigger, and bigger, and more popular and more financially successful, due to "costumer support" in buying the product. How would a governing body/standard of acceptable practice organization, similar to FEI or the EMA(Elephant Managers Association) that the zoo industry formed many years ago have been beneficial instead of today's "self serving with it and for it paper", that only the industry it's self is accepting?
