Misery and Frustration of Caged Animals in the Zoo

I don't think the circus should alibi anymore about being a "soft target." These pictures were in a well know world wide publication in 1968(it is 40 years later) with the above caption. Regardless of how it had always been done, somebody should have seen it coming and started making changes then. We as well as the zoo field have made fabulous advance's both here and in Europe, which I am confident will continue. Maybe the circus won't need the "soft target" patch anymore.
