Loxodonta cyclotis--African Forest Elephant

Does anyone know if this elephant is the norm for a Forest Elephant, or is something wrong with the individual from the Frankfurt Zoo?

Wade, you are pulling my leg, right? Even if you never saw one before look at the hip bones, shoulder blades and the gap between brisket and elbow. There's plenty of pictures on the net of healthy forest elephants, this one is a disgrace

Don,
I was looking at it's front legs, and how it's head comes out of it's neck, so kind of pulling your leg. It is on Wikipedia, referenced in the past as inadequate, but it is the sole picture there.
