A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.
It's a member of the Schwichtenberg family, they were very active in Europe a few years ago with horses and exotics I think it was Sylvio at Renz and Uwe Schwichtenberg at Probst and before at Barum with exotics. But don't know the first name of the guy presenting here.
I found it on internet ! It's Sylvio and the girl who is presenting the zebra's must be Steffi I think. Sylvio was on Fliegenpilz in 2002 presenting exotics and in end of the 90ties on Renz presenting elephants and horses. Here is a video of the horse act:
Steffi intially presented the horse act her husband presents-Fjord and paint horses. The original program book shows Sylvio presenting the zebras, which Karin Houcke later took over. -Chris

Uwe was Sylvio's father and , unfortunately, died a few years ago.
