The new world record is 2.30 meters or approximately seven feet six inches. Do you suppose, realizing of course the significance/relevance to anything of a Guinness world record, that it was measured from where his back feet left and his front feet landed? If it is a five foot long animal, would that make it let's say a jump of 2'6"? Give or take a few inches. A low shot from the front gives an interesting illusion, doesn't it. But it doesn't hid the stomach.
A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.
