A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.
Dianne, Again going back to conformation and "papers with all the particulars" which some suggest is not as important as "the communication between man and animal", I would suggest if this horses ewe neck did not come out of his shoulder so high, the rear might produce a different result. And yes we don't need to see it move to know what it is. Wade
Addendum to Dianne, I also don't think I have ever seen anybody slide up that high on a Spanish cantle. If he had a roping saddle, he would be back on that hip pad. LOL Wade
