To assure the all important "honor" in judging a Circus festival

Monte Carlo, admirably addressing the below "conflict" of interest" has opted to use former "award" winners as judges. I have wonder to myself, if it is for "CHILDREN OF ALL AGES", why not chose 6 underprivileged children from around the 5 Continents, Africa, Serbia, Latin America, an American projects, and give them a scarf and a once in a lifetime all expense paid trip to the French Riviera and let them judge, with no preconceived notion or advance publicity, presided over still, by the Champion of human rights, Princess Stef in case there is a tie. And you know the "house traditionally wins all ties."

Below are the judges from the past Monte Carlo Festival. As we have already addressed Ms. Cats, in any valid awards competition the judges post/explain how they vote. I think in the supposition of honor and fairness, we should also ask the other judges how they voted. I am not holding my breath, but maybe they want to explain their honor:

To attribute the prestigious awards, the famous Golden, Silver and Bronze Clowns, the Jury, presided over by H.S.H. Princess Stephanie of Monaco, will be made up of artists who have received awards at past Festivals, thus contributing to its success. Members of the Jury are: Mrs Susan Lacey - England, Mrs Aurelia Cats - France, Mrs Li Yaping – People’s Republic of China, Mr Victor Kee – Ukraine, Mr Miguel Vasquez – USA and Mr Anatoly Zalewski – Ukraine.

I am still new to this Festival Director deal, so I would like to ask Mrs. Susan Lacey, who won a silver for her cage act, and has two sons who won silver for their cages acts, and who spent a year touring with the Richter Circus, how she rated the cage act against her standard of wild animal acts that won a proclamation from King Ralph? Mono a mono from a trainers point of view, in the category difficulty how did you rate the Richter horses gold against the Caselly horses silver?

I have already asked for Ms. Cats standard, so I will ask her boyfriend, Mr. Victor Kee how he rated his juggling act which won Silver against this years juggling act which won a Proclamation from King Ralph?

I would like to ask Mr. Anatoly Zalewski who won gold for his hand balancing act, how he rated his solo hand balancing act against this years duo hand balancing act which won a Proclamation from King Ralph?

I would like to ask Mr. Miguel Vasquez who won a gold with his trapeze act and a quadruple how he rated this years trapeze act with a quadruple which won a Proclamation from King Ralph?

I would like to ask Mrs, Li Yaping, from the Peoples Republic of China how she rated, oh wait never mind. I get a pretty good idea what direction you went.
