Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Steve Robinson, I hope you are happy with your self!!!!
Steve Robinson, has cost this poor lad his job. Who knows he may have been the next Gunther Gebel Williams. But Steve may have done him a favor. He can make more selling concessions and pony rides, then he ever could training elephants.
Steve, I suggest they haven't learned shit. If they had, they would have dressed the new assistant in the same costume, and this act would have gone from junk to Gold Clown before the next show was seated. Wade
