Crazy, crazy world it has become. I have always thought the term "murder" in regards to an animal was as inappropriate as "playing". Murder would suggest an intent as well as a highly developed planning thought process, neither of which I believe an animal possesses. The simple word "kill" seems the most appropriate. The end result is the same whether the animal intended to or not.
WadeWade G. His courage and "telling it like it is" was instrumental in getting Ziggy released from indoors at Brookfield.

WadeWade G. The elephant was supposed to be a gift for Hitler, which ended up being diverted to Australia. There is a man who lives outside of Melbourne, in Seaford I think, who is a genius when it come to white tiger genealogy. Taronga Zoo, which I know is not in Melbourne, had the same director as the Chicago Brookfield and Metro-Toronto zoos, Peter Crowcroft, an Australian, who was teaching zoology at a university in Texas the last I heard, a job he much preferred to being zoo director.
